It's illegal, and it's a spyware / adware. Nothing is really free.
 
Bunch of thieves

This service is a scam. I just purchased an ipod for my daughter and signed up for itunes and this service populated as well and is now billing my account $20 every month for a membership fee which basically means that you would end up spending over $200 for a music that you can basically get either free or for .99 on itunes...what a flipping scam.
