I have never seen his hand over his heart during a national anthem while the cameras pan across the drivers... neither in a truck, nationwide or sprint race. EVERY other driver has been checked off on my list. ... maybe the grand marshall should say.... "ANTI-AMERICAN (K.B.) and AMERICAN DRIVERS (ALL OTHERS),.... START -YOUR- ENGINES!!!!"
