Is masturbation better with a condom?

Ok I'm 15 and I am tryin to use some different techniques 4 masturbation, I no where I can get them in a 2 pack but I dnt whether or not to waste my money if it won't be any better?

PS the only lube I have to use is moisturizer or any that u can suggest to use?

it doesn't help anything with a condom. the sensations are reduced, and while it may take longer to reach orgasm, it may not be as satisfying.

as for lubricant, there are lots of them out there, with lots of different effects:

K-Y warming lube
K-Y tingling sensation
regular K-Y

there are other brands too, but really, you can only learn by trial and error.
