And that the goal is to use it as a stepping stone and eventually funnel adherents into an Evangelical congregation once they get Christian-ized enough? I read a quote from the founder of the Messianic movement where he basically admitted that was the intention (he used to be a Baptist preacher) but I can't find the quote at the moment.
Robert, Israel is NOT becoming Christian in any way, shape or form. Most of the Christians there are the small minority of Arab Christians or visitors.

Yes sadly, I am catholic and I disagree with evangelical chirstians if they want to convert to judaism, the messianic judaism is against the new testament, because as a christian catholic, we are not obligated to obey the law, the person who wants to follow Jesus, he has to follow the gospel, many christians accepted the first council of Jerusalem, where some jewish who accepted jesus as the messiah demanded to the pagans to obey the rite of the circumsicion but the holy spirit told us whoever who wants to follow jesus doesn't need that, so we don't need to obey the jewish laws because they are only for the israelites and christians we have the gospel, the salvation isn't about following the law of moses for us, the salvation comes from the grace of christ and the faith we put in our actions in JESUS CHRIST and jewish won't accept messianic jewish because they aren't considered true jewish in judaism.

Yep, it definitely is. if you look at the statements of faith of the various "messianic jewish" churches, tey all have converting Jews as a major aim, some even blatantly stating it is an essential aim of the movement. However, these movements are by their very nature deceitful and liars, thus you frequently find that the "messianic jews" here on Yahoo!Answers attempt to claim otherwsie- even though the official statements of the movement show that they are lying! well, the core of the movement and its philosophy is deceit, thus you really can't expect its adherents to behave any different.

For a few examples of statements on the importance of converting Jews see:
