for smoking a bong?

i think he is. we have ray lewis who was implicated in the murder of someone, and barry bonds who lied to congress.....yet people are on a witch hunt against phelps like he aborted a child and ate it afterwards? i could go on and on with facts about how big of a waste of time and breath this is.....hey least he wasnt out there drunk driving and killing people.
i also believe if that sheriff does press charges against him he should be fired. and the tax payer money that was used to charge him should be invested in catching crack dealers.

he also did pot and there was a picture of him doing it! so he should be punished!

They make examples out of athletes more, and more...

Saying just because your famous doesn't mean you can't get in trouble for doing something illegal.

If he's a man he will face up to what he did, and just face the consequences.

* Ricky Williams
* Travis Henry
* Michael Vick...

I mean there are plenty of others that have only been caught with it not using it so they got lucky. So he's not being targeted. People say "oh it's just weed" but it's illegal. They know they are in the spotlight that they have more of a chance of getting caught so they shouldn't do it lol. It's his dumbA** fault for getting caught.

anytime your in the public eye your a target. the thing is it was a picture, i think prosecuting would a waste of money. people enjoy bringing others down. he still won all those metals lets not be so nit picky. Kellogg's shouldn't be so hasty to dismiss him. who eats corn flakes any way-stoners with the muchies.

not really, i used to smoke pot and i have no problem with it. but i like that they're taking michael phelps down a notch, i'm just sick of all the stuff about how perfect he is

I believe they would be wrong to not let him compete any more but he should face other consequences for his actions.
