Is my blackberry torch unlocked ?

i bought a blackberry torch some months ago and i'm with rogers so i went to buy a new sim card and i didn't have any problems but now i want to sell it and i dont know if its unlocked .. it all says disabled exept the network where it says "inactive" but my sim card is in the phone and the phone is working i mean i can text , call , go on fb . so is it or is it not ?

If your blackberry torch works with your sim card but,not with other sim cards seems to be that your phone is locked with your current network . It is a locked phone not an unlocked one . You need to unlock it to work with other sim cards . So, use unlock code to unlock it . You can get it from any of the online vendors like UnBBlock.com to unlock it . After unlocking your blackberry, you can use it with any other GSM networks internationally .
