We are both juniors in highschool and have known eachother for awhile. Whenever we hangout she I always brushing up against me and grabbing me and making sexual jokes. She has even groped for my private parts various times. And she has me reenact her holding her hands with her boyfriend. And she just stares into my eyes. She jokes around and callls me the love of her life. She always changes in front of me and almost makes seem like I'm welcome to watch. If that makes sense. She has a history but I don't know. She always points out "lesbians" too.
 
The real question is: Are u a lesbian!......Or bi?

Be a good friend and talk to her, maybe she is and wants to be open with you. This does not mean she fancies you, she may be making it clear so she can talk about it.

When talking to her, make it clear that you are not (if this is the case, you never said) and that it will change nothing between you two.

Girls of this age do tend to try new things so she may just be curious.

Probably is. Just go with it and calm down. Lesbians are people too.
