is my gecko sick or goin to lay eggs?

hi there i brought 2 geckos privately of a friend who clearly didnt know how to look after them! to start wit she put the heat mat in the centre of the tank and never used it!! they are between 9 - 12 months old and she would feed them roughly 14 crickets every night. since i hav had them i hav done my research and got everything the way it should be. but recently my smallest gecko seems restless, she is climbin up the background and tryin to crawl along the top of the viv but then comin down and starin out the glass as if she wants to get out? i havnt seen her eat for a couple of days altho she looks like she is huntin then givs up. in the day she spends all her time in the warm side hide out then of a night she comes out and is active but like i said it seem like she wants to get out (as i write this she is tryin to climb the glass, i hav not seen her do this b4) wen i put my hand in the viv she seems unsure. her tale is fat as it should be but how do i know if she is sick and wen should i be concerned?please help me

i hav looked at her belly with a light and cannot see eggs and what signs should i be aware of to inform me she is hungry? the other gecko is fine.
