If you exercise that much, and eat reasonably well, you're doing just fine. I wouldn't worry about weight too much, it's just a number, and if you feel that you're very muscled, that's part of the reason. 185 isn't bad for a heavily muscled man (though you didn't say your height).

enough exercise.? I work out 5-6 days a week for 2-3 hours a day. I start my work out by running 6.5 mph on the random incline for 30 minutes. Usually 3 days of that incline distance run, and 2 days of 8 mph for 1.0-2.0 miles. Every day I run. After I run, I lift weights. Usually work my leg muscles and chest one day, my arms, abs and such another day. For the most part, I hit a lot of muscle groups.

My diet is fairly simple, and doesn't really varry. For breakfast, I eat a small bowl of special K with soy milk. I also take a one a day mens multi vitamin every morning after I eat. I used to eat a turkey sandwhich, 3 spoons of potatoe salad, a small handful of salt and vinager reduced sodium chips, but I switched to a small hot pocket calzone. The reason is because it has alot of protein, calories and fat. I was feeling very week half way through my work out. That's why I switched my lunch. I think I need a better substitute for the calzone. For dinner, I eat two turkey sandwhiches with spinach leaves, 3-4 pieces of sandwhich pepporoni, one piece of swiss cheese and a tea spoon of ranch. a small hand full of reduces salt salt and vinager chips a table spoon of french onion dip, and 3 table spoons of potatoe salad with a glass of V-8 juice.

As for my drinks, I only drink water, V-8 juice, soymilk and orange juice and 1 powerade a day half way through my work out.

I am 185 lbs. Some say I am over weight, but I have alot of muscle on me.....grrrr, I don't think i'm over weight.

Thank you in advance for any help provided. I really do appreciate it.
I am 5' 11" at 185 lbs. I sound like that boxer announcer guy...
