Is my workout routine ok?

This year my resolution was to get a six pack by the end of the summer... The plan was to do weight lifting and jogging in the summer.
I started working out in february, mainly weight lifting and ab workouts. I got the two upper lines of the six pack showing by the end of march but I want to lose more fat and get the lower line showing as well.The snow melted and I started jogging last week. I'm 19yo male, height:1m 92cm, weight: approx 84 kg
The plan was to:
run every day and Squats after running(or 5-6 days a week)
Ab + Lower back exercises every day (or 5-6 days a week)
Every other day Chest + Back
The days in between Biceps + Triceps + Shoulders

PS: I go running on an empty stomach so that the fat loss would be max (so I've heard)
PS: I eat normally, plus I drink a lot of milk
PS: Mostly I sit behind the computer
