is my workout routine too much?

ok im 18, i enjoy working out. i normally workout 5 days a week, and 2 days off, most of the tiem its the weekend.

my routine is i do chest, abs, biceps and shoulders monday wednesday and friday, then i do, legs, triceps back and cardio tuesday and thursdays. i also take a protein shake after every workout.

is this a good routine? or do i damage myself too much?
 
Well its recommended that you do cardio 5 times a week for 30 minutes, so I would definitely get more running and cardio in, it's extremely beneficial to your health. I would also be doing more stretching to work on flexibility, because that lowers chances of getting any injuries. As far as what you're doing for muscular strength it sounds like a good, solid plan. Just make sure you have one day a week to totally rest and let your body heal and that you're eating properly and you'll be fine.
