No, The Nokia Asha 311 is not an android phone and not supported to Google play android applications because it runs on symbian operating system. It is very cheapest symbian OS smartphone.

no, not at all. Its not even a smartphone, its an s40 feature phone so altho a nice phone and useful for ur basic needs, it has limitations, especially with internet and apps, and theres no way u can run android apps on it.
