Is Nokia N8 discontinued?

Is Nokia still producing new N8 sets with pre-installed ANNA ? I am afraid phone salesman will sell me old / returned units as new . thanks
 
i strongly doubt it, but it makes no difference, u can update to anna on ur phone easily. Whether it comes with anna preinstalled or u have to update to anna when u get it, its exactly the same thing.
