is Nokia Ovi Maps absolutely free on Nokia 5800?

So i have a Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic and i updated my software and i found on the net its free forever is that true? because i Have T-mobile combi 30 so would i get charged for it? because isnt it using the internet????? so also can i have website references
