Is Pikachu going to be in the latest anime series?

I read somewhere that because Pokémon black & White get rid of the previous 400 pokemon, that it means pikachu is going to be removed from the latest anime series. I also read that they will be removing the entire pokemon cast and starting again... Is any of this true??!!
 
Pikachu will never be taken out of the Pokemon anime (unless it's a special) since Pikachu is with Ash and the main character is Ash, the new Pokemon is called Pokemon Best Wishes (at least for the Japanese, English is unknown for now), there's only gonna be one Pikachu (most likely) in the new Pokemon anime
