is replacing the engine on a 1994 jeep cherokee a quick one day job?

I want to buy a jeep cherokee(94) it has 196 k on the engine. would it even be smart to buy it, and if i did how long of a life does it still have left?

The 4.0L in the Cherokee is a motor that will run for 300K+. If the price is decent, I would buy it. If you are still concerned, the engine can be pulled and replaced in one day, but not without a properly equipped facility.
