Is there not a member of Pink Floyd (or at LEAST a famous rocker) that went insane/crazy/cuckoo?
 
Pink Floyd is and always will be one of the most unusual acts in rock history. Take a listen to "Time", "Sheep", or "Us and Them" and you try telling me if you can make out what they're singing about. Somehow, their music makes beautiful reading music because it's so mild-sounding and whispery but those guys did some serious drugs. Oh and I hear that Waters ruled the band with an iron fist. So I definitely believe he's still crazy as biographies make him out to be.
