I was going to go running with a friend, but she's busy. So instead of running in my neighborhood and looking dumb, I was wondering if running up and down my stairs would work as well. I am trying to burn fat more than anything. Thanks
Well personnally running outside helps the lungs and provides stability of the feet. Running inside on stairs is only good going up but going down them doesn't help at all since momentum is pushin u Down them. I'd say go for it but be careful you don't fall on the stairs.
