Im not sure if shes interested. I always have to start a conversation when we are texting, she texts back but i always have to start it. but she also sends mix signals by making fun of me in a friendly way in person, smiles, and tells me she is going to visit my work etc. But im not sure if shes intersted or being freindly. ugh girls r so confusing lol
 
She might likes you even though she does not start the conversation she might is shy or she does not know what to say
 
do you like her? If so, just ask her out on a date. If not, why does it matter? If she goes out on a date with you, then all is well. If not, that means she isn't interested...haha...you can still be friends after.
 
Teasing is always a good sign, one of interest. Many women feel that it is the man's obligation to begin the conversations, so just continue what you're doing. If she really likes you she might text you first one of these times.
 
Hard to answer.

Does she have a boyfriend? If so then she is most likely just an overly friendly person.

If shes single I'd just ask her about it...be straight forward. Simple is the best route.
