Is smoking weed/tobacco and drinking bad for my kidneys?

Im a kindey patient suffering from FSGS and I recently had a kidney transplant surgery 12/1/11, Im in need of desperately knowing is it really hurting my kidneys if I drink and smoke? Even if I flush it out with tons of water the next day? Please help, thank you - Jordan

Yes drink more water if you want to avoid kidney problems
