Is someone stealing my internet connection?

i have sbc, on the local devices it shos the people in my house who are using the connection. When i go to "Edit Address Allocation Settings", there is an unknown user named sam-324a0edd7fe. Is my isp or should i call someone? He's not on the local devices, only when i go to that.
 
First of what would allow him to steal you connection?? Do you have a wireless router, if so you should set-up WPA security(most secure). So users will need a password to enter you network. WEP security can be cracked easily. Also if you can see his MAC address try to filter it out so that he has no chance in hell to get in your network with that device.
