I know sub zero worked for the Lin Kuei. they were assassins. but how can he not be a ninja? i mean, he looks like a ninja, but is he just like, in denial or something? also, it's said that smoke isn't a ninja either. and that the only REAL ninja is scorpion. i know sub-zero is chinese, and scorpion is japanese. so, he's a ninja for sure. it's just kind of confusing
