Okay so I got my replacement phone yesterday, and I see that one of the keys on the keyboard is defected. And now I contact one of their representatives, and the person says we can exchange it for you. but you have to pay the shipping again! And it wasn't my fault! and I just had it for not even 24 hours! so are they fair at all?
