Is taking a Raw Vegan(Vega) Protein Shake and a GNC Multi-Vitamin Tablet unhealthy?

I am taking a protein shake called Vega in the morning (20g) and a GNC Multi-Vitamin tablet 20 minutes before my cardio and strength workouts. Post work-out I take a whey. The reason why I take the vegan shake is because I am not allowed to take the whey shake twice.

Anyways, am I getting too much vitamins and minerals in my system doing this?
 
Why can't you take the Whey twice? But sure this is healthy, you need vitamins and minerals in your daily diet to promote healthy bodily function and protein is protein and necessary for muscle growth and repair. Try taking the multivitamin in the morning. Go hard and lift heavy!
