Is the Ab Lounge (Lounger) a legitimate piece of exercise equipment?

I was looking for a simple flat bench with a place at the end to put my feet under so I could then crunch myself up per my abs.

I cannot however find this.

I see many Ab loungers for sale on Craig's List. Do you have one? Is it legitimate? I weight 180-190 lbs---are they sturdy enough to hold me up--they don't look very strong to me??

Sure, but if your trying to lose weight I would recommend legs over ab workouts. It will hold your weight tho.
