Is this why so many religious people are deceived?
 
He will appeal to people. Jesus did not. He will tell people what they want to hear and will be popular. Jesus was neither. He preached on the sins of man and repentance. He was not popular. He will work wonders but not the same as Jesus they will only benefit him. Jesus healed the sick and ministered to the poor. The anti-christ will be the opposite. He will minister to the rich and heal the wealthy that has been lost. That is why most people say soon is the second coming cause of these tough economic times. "You will neither know the day nor the hour." People will love him cause he will say the things they want to hear. He will say there is nothing to fear. Then the pain will come. You will not know who he is cause he is the least likely person you will ever think. He will become known but it will be too late.
 
No. It is not any individual. The term “antichrist(s)” is found but five times in the Bible and only in the writings of the apostle John. Identifying the antichrist of his day, John wrote: “Many deceivers have gone forth into the world, persons not confessing Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. This is the deceiver and the antichrist.” And also further identifying the antichrist: “Who is the liar if it is not the one that denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist.”—2*John 7; 1*John 2:22, 18, NW.

Jesus foretold the coming of antichrist: “For false Christs and false prophets will arise and will give great signs and wonders so as to mislead, if possible, even the chosen ones.” And so did the apostle Paul: “Let no one seduce you in any manner, because [the day of Jehovah] will not come unless the falling away comes first and the man of lawlessness gets revealed, the son of destruction.” Like John, Paul showed that “the mystery of this lawlessness is already at work,” in his day, and that it was “according to the operation of Satan.”—Matt. 24:24; 2*Thess. 2:3, 7, 9, NW.

From this description found in the Bible, we can conclude the AntiChrist is a group organization as it began during the time of the apostles down to today. It would be those claiming to represent Christ, but proving false to his teachings.
 
Yes, just look at what Jesus himself has to say:

Matthew 10:34-37:
Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. And a man's foes shall be they of his own household. He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

Luke 14:26:
If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea,and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.
 
That so-called picture of Jesus is actually Cesar Borgia- it's a picture of the devil himself. That's the deception. GOD said make no graven image for no man has seen his face and lived.

How can you be certain you worship the real one, and not the false one?
 
Sure they are seemingly identical.....but if they touch each other they will explode.
 
Maybe all those paintings of Jesus are actually paintings of Anti Jesus!

Nope. It's because they hate God, they don't accept Him as Lord over their life, their commitment is not genuine, they don't recognize Jesus' lordship.
 
what you know as jesus.....was probably not even close to what he looked like..since jesus in america... looks very white, which im sure he wasnt.
so to say the antichrist will look like him is kind of crazy since no one really knows what he looked like
