do jews believe in free will or is G-d in control of everything?
 
Most definitely. The idea is that we are tempted by the evil inclination (which is not the same as the Christian concept of Satan) but we are supposed to summon the strength to resist.

Not all Jews agree.
 
It's the same dichotomy that exists in the other Abrahamic religions: people are responsible for their choices and actions while at the same time being part of "God's plan."
 
Yes. One very famous statement in Judaism is "All is foreknown and free will is given."
