Is the breast milk bad after baby took one sip from a Playtex Sippy cup and screamed?

I don't know why, but my baby had breast milk from a sippy cup this afternoon and he was fine. When he woke up in the middle of the night, I gave him milk in a sippy cup and he screamed! He's had juice and formula from a sippy cup, so he isn't a stranger to the cup. I think that the taste of the breast milk through him off. We don't have any baby bottles. I ended up nursing him instead. Should I just dump the milk out? Is it no good now? I just thought I should let you know that we thawed the milk 15 minutes before feeding. Please give a suggestion.
 
yea u gonna have to dump it once he had his mouth on it. something about bacteria from his saliva getting in the milk, its the same thing with formula.
