Is the "disgraced" Royce ever coming back to UFC or anywhere?

What is the deal with him, to not even attempt to comeback makes him look so guilty of doping, it makes me wonder if he's been doing it since day one in the UFC. Rickson talking smack without coming back at his age is one thing, if Royce were to say anything at this point, other than yes or no on coming back....wtfX1000. Anyone know anything bout him, my few sources don't say squat.
 
It is well known that the Gracie family does not care to participate in the current UFC because they do not agree with the manner in which competitions are ran, the amount of regulations and rules that have been imposed and the lack of martial arts system versus martial arts system which was their intent in the beginning. You can find several interviews about this in many magazines from the past three years.
