Is the Glee season 1 DVD already out on stores nationwide?

I hadn't yet visited video stores since I'm aware of Glee, but I wish, this time of the year, there is already an original DVD of GLEE complete season 1. Do you think there is? Particularly in the Philippines? And how much may it cost in dollars, or if you are so kind, in pesos? Do you also think there's a pirated copy, because I'm a bit desperate.
