...religion? The ancient farmers worshiped the Pan god having sex with a goat in order to multiply their goats. The Christians didn't like this, so the adopted this goat fertility god as something they could blame their problems on. They then had an excuse to speak against fertility as well. Is this history of philosophy really true? This would explain why Christianity has seemed a philosophy with some good magic of healing and protection ever since I came to it to get me out of Hell because I thought I was dead (long story).
