Is the rumour that you have to pee when you've just ejaculated so to "cleanse" the...

..."pipeline" true? Or you risk blocking or other health problems?
I really like falling asleep straight after ejaculating , not straining to piss which takes me about five minutes ...

It's not necessary to do so, but some people do recommend it. In females, it prevents urinary tract infections (UTI) and I assume it does the same for males. It's a good general rule to urinate post-ejaculation. Don't strain yourself though.

No; don't force yourself to urinate if you don't want to -- that's a myth.

But it can happen that a man's bladder increases in fullness, but that it doesn't register to him until after an orgasm, because he has been, as they say, "busy" beforehand.

Now, if you have any inclination that way, have a P before sex. The urine is mostly harmless and prec*m prepares the vagina for regular c*m anyway.

You do not need to pee after ejaculating, if anyone does that, it's probably because... they have to go pee.
