I was really angered by today's story that congress is finally asking the recepients of the bailout money how it was spent, is this some joke to fool the American public? Our fedeal reserve interest rate is currently near 0%, meaning that banks can ask the US government, without condition, for any sum of money for free! Why aren't we questioning WHAT THE FEDERAL RESERVE and treasurer are doing before we pretend to care about how $100B was spent?
