Is the Straight Talk Samsung R810C or the Samsung Finesse a good phone...

...for a 12 year old? My daughter has gotten 3 phones.(She has paid for them all with he own money that she get for Christmas or her birthday.) Her first 1 was a Tracfone Motorola W376. She had it for about 6 months and then she started complaining about the screen was to small and that the buttons didn't work sometimes. So she got a new phone it was also was from Tracfone it was the Samsung T301G. So she had that one for about 6 months (she barley used it cause the airtime minutes cost to much.) So she got another phone this one was from Net10 it was the SGH- T401G she has had this phone for about a year and 3 months. But it is extremely scratched up and she has a tendency of dropping her phones so her backs like almost braking off and shes been looking at the Straight talk Samsung R810C or Samsung Finesse and I was wondering if that would be a good 4th phone for her she doesn't want to go with a monthly plan and she texts a lot and so unlimited texting would be good for her but the phone it self is $330 and she doesn't get that much for her birthday and Christmas combined so when she gets the money should I let her by this or should I tell her not and to save her money. Well i was wondering would it be a good phone for her shes been dieing for a touch screen phone and this is a touch so.... can you give me your opinion.
