Is the the Gulf oil crisis orchestrated to push the Cap and Trade bill?

The Obama administration has denied requests for boom, refused to burn or disperse, and not sought a waiver for the Jones Act to allow international ships, that are standing by, to assists is the clean-up. Also add that the Administration's "pause" on drilling and permits was said to be based on expert opinion that turns out to be doctored. Does this smell of oil-soaked fish to anybody? Is this an effort "not to waste a good [manufactured] crisis"?

I strongly doubt the Crisis was Created for that purpose, but there is little doubt those Elitist Despots in the Obama Administration would do anything possible to to keep the situation looking as spectacular as possible to help them in their grab for more power and more Control over the lives of us Serfs and to entrench themselves as Lords over all of us.
