Is there a backdoor voicemail # for Rogers wireless? I want to send a voicemail

without waking this person up? Anyone know if there's a way I can send a voicemail message to a Rogers Wireless customer friend of mine without calling them? I know Verizon, Sprint, etc in the US all have backdoor voicemail numbers, does anyone know one for Rogers?

Also I am not a Rogers customer FYI
