Is there a ban list for the Naruto card game?

I have seen some of the games of the "top" players and I think it is strange that they do not use some very good cards. I play Yugioh and there is a ban list that restricts the game quite a bit and I was wondering if there was one for Naruto. If there is, please put a link to the list, thanks.

Hooray for Yu-Gi-Oh! And I've seen people that say there is a ban list and people who say there isn't so, i just dont even know
