I decided to check out the manga for Kuroshitsuji and found out that it's still on-going. I have watched both season's of the anime and they ended the plot. So I though that maybe the anime didn't follow the manga because that's usually the case when a anime ends the plot when the manga is still on-going. So I wanna know if it really is different and if it is, then please tell me if I should read from the beginning or if I should read at a certain point(in case the anime does follow the manga to a certain point).

You can start reading after the curry contest, from there is where the anime stopped following the manga

The manga as far as I know has the Noah's ark circus which is not included in the anime but leaves out some characters such as Drocell, Ash/Angela, Pluto, Alois, Claude, etc. If you are planning on reading from any point probably do it after the curry festival part or if you're really interested in Kuroshitsuji read from the start, it's a tad different in the beginning compared to the anime but you get the main points.
