Is there a difference in these two 32 inch samsung hdtvs?

Im wanting to purchase a 32 inch samsung hdtv and I have been looking at walmart and sears. They both are 32 inch samsungs and are both priced at 498 dollars but they look different. The one at sears looks alot nicer then the one at walmart. I would rather have the one at sears because the tv in general looks nicer but I can get a discount at walmart. So could anyone tell me if there is a difference in the two tvs. Here are the links:
