Is there a good air quality tester on the market?

It should be inexpensive and check for mold and gasses and... well whatever might be airborne and noxious. It should also check for multiple agents. I don't want to get something specifically for one thing (one for CO2, one for radon, one for...etc...)

This would be used in a private residence.
