is there a landphone for the elderly which doesnt need the receiver picked up?

i want to be able to talk straight into the room, either with VOIP or normal phone rates, preferably with speakers amplifying the sound.
does anyone know if such a product exists?
the non compus mentus elderly receiver should not even have to press a button or speak, to listen to me.

any phone that has a speaker on the telephone unit can be a speaker phone if that button is pressed instead of picking up the receiver,

visit your local phone/electronics shop and ask them about one.
