Is there a machine that converts DVD to Bluray?

My boyfriend owns A LOT of DVD's ...he absolutely loves them. But with Bluray coming out and becoming popular, we both fear DVD's will soon become the new VHS. So I was wondering if there was some sort of technology that we could buy that would take his DVD's and convert them to Bluray disks. And perhaps a store that sells them.
