I'm looking at buying a used Honda Civic, but there is something on the paint that the owner doesn't know or can't identify.. He said it was a glue of some sort.. But because of that he has it listed fairly cheap and I was wondering if there was a sure way to remove substances off of the paint without having to fork over tons of money. Because if I can get the car for a good price I wouldn't mind spending some money and personal labor to remove whatever is on the paint..
