Is there a trustworthy jailbreak for iOS 6.1.3 for iPhone 4S?

My phone was recently jailbroken and my mom accidentally updated my iOS to 6.1.3. I can't seem to find one for 4s. Anything I find talks about saving shsh blobs which I have no idea what that means.... HELP!

Nope. There is no jailbreak for A5+ processors with iOS 6.1.3. And, at this point in time, Apple has prevented users from downgrading to iOS 6.1.2.
