is there a way to downgrade from blackberry OS 6 to OS 5 ?

I have a blackberry bold 9780, running Blackberry OS 6, and I want to downgrade to OS 5 (because I can't stand the menu tabs "all, media, favourites, frequent, downloads, favourites") because OS 5 doesn't have them.
