Is there a way to put bluetooth on a laptop even if it's not built in already?

I am shopping for a laptop right now, they offer me bluetooth for 150$ more. I do not wish to pay for it now, but is there a device I can add to my laptop later so I can have bluetooth?

Yes there are countless company's that sell dongles for way less than 150 that will pop into a usb port.
