Is there a way to search for conent in a Word Document?

I am trying to find a Word Document, but I do not remember what I saved it under or what I titled it. I'm pretty sure that I have found a document before by somehow searching for specific words that I knew were in the document. Does anyone know how to do that? I have Microsoft Word 2007. Thanks for any help. I'm pretty desperate to find it.
