Is there a way to split a Directv Line into 2?

I have one line from the dish coming into the house that we had hooked up to an older DirecTv receiver. I bought a newer DVR model that requires 2 lines instead of one. I don't want to have a second line installed from the dish because we're not sure we're going to keep Directv for much longer. What is the best way or best thing to buy to split the line so that I can use the newer box.
