Is there a website that allows people to complain about there doctors?

I had a bad experience with a doctor and im ready to put my complaints somewhere good. When i say good i mean a BIG website were allot of people go to look up there doctors background for free. Please help.
Lets just say he/she is very rude.
Oh i did change docters. but looking for a new one.
 
call or go to your State University Hospital, they can help.

but why complain, change doc
 
Tell all your friends, family and co-workers. This will have the biggest impact, since your doctor most likely gets most of his business from local people.

What happened?! Are you OK?

I'm sorry, I don't know of a website.
