Is there a website that can tell you which upgrades can help optimize your computer?

I have a Desktop that I would love to upgrade, but I'm not really so sure which video card, CPU, Cooling system, RAM, Etc. to get. If anyone of the helpful people of yahoo can tell a website of that caliber, I'd greatly appreciate it.
